While fulfilling his military duties, Salvador (suspended in flight on left) was given the name “Kung Fu” by his comrades.

Synergism of martial arts and film....

After fulfilling his military obligations, in 1998 Salvador, an internationally licensed pilot, flew to Chile where he obtained his Chilean Pilot’s license. He also trained and obtained his Black Belt in Karate. It was while living in Chile, Salvador was finally able to connect his martial arts ambitions with his dream of acting.

After working as an extra in several nationally aired South American television shows, Salvador was discovered by a national commercial producer while waiting at a bus stop. Salvador was immediately cast as the lead male in a string of national commercials. Salvador quickly drew acclaim with producers for his actor/martial arts choreography skills. Ambitiously acting, modeling, and continuing with his intense martial arts training, Salvador somehow found time to obtain his Spain pilot’s license.

Dreams becoming reality....

When asked what is it about the Hollywood action film industry that intrigues him so much that he is willing to share his training energies with pursuing an acting career, he commented: “Everything I've learned is too precious to keep to myself. I want to teach the whole world how amazing martial arts can be. I know I can do that from the [Hollywood] screen. I really want to give back some reality to martial arts [as it is seen in the film industry]. I also want to give some feeling to martial arts. For instance, I'd like to make them [the fight scenes] look different since for a long time the ones on screen have all looked the same.”
